Hi 

Anyone use Newchu Inc to buy anything online? 

I purchased something in February and have not received it yet.

I opened a case on resolution centre but then received contact from NewChu support promising to resend the product so I allowed the case to expire on Paypal resolution centre.

Anyone with any info on them or had any dealings with them. At the time of purchase I was directed to the site via a reputable site so I didnt look for reviews of NewChu. Lesson learned.

I had the same problem. I did receive my refund as I was determined to keep onto them. I then emailed PayPal and said you actually need to read your disputes page and stop Nuchu transactions. It told me to file a dispute. They didn’t even read the email

That is very disappointing.

I think it's time for me to move away from PayPal. I thought they had more integrity than that.

Hi there, I wonder how you managed to get your refund back? I've been trying for months but not getting anywhere (am also keen to keep on them). Do you have a particular success tactic to share? Ta.

Same thing here. Sent over 5 emails and got absolutely zero answers. Did some tests and some emails are even wrong on main website. Spent 100$ and got robbed too.

Yes I too have been conned out of both money and clothing items from this company.  PayPal were extremely slow to resolve my dispute and although Australia Post gave me the delivery details for my items (not my own address, not even in my city!!) NewChu and PayPal have denied me a refund.  Extremely disappointed, have now taken my issue to the ACCC to get their take on it.

AVOID THIS COMPANY - DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!!

Hi Purna,

I went back to the transaction and opened a new dispute on the same case and in the details explained that I was not satisfied with the result and am therefore re-opening the case. I have great news too! Paypal finally agreed to refund me the full amount after reviewing the dispute the second time around. It pays to stay on their back!

I’m dropping PayPal this week. I opened claim, “they” (virtual company with limited personnel) did absolutely nothing. I then opened up claim with American Express and it was refunded. Paypal then responds that they can not have a claim open when American Express does at the same time. I responded that it was already handled. I receive an email that some of my paypal abilities were taken away temporarily. (Paypal May need to see the type of items I was purchasing). No doubt to sell that information off to others. Anyone else tired of companies without staffing real people? I’m done with PayPal. Maybe if enough leave, they’ll pick they’re head up and provide a better product. Oh better yet! Maybe I’ll get a new badge for participating in the community!!!! Yea

Yeah and they provided PayPal with some BS screen cap saying it was delivered. But only after I made it a claim. First they ignored me for a month. Once I disputed it with PP, these people all of a sudden let me know it was delivered. When I asked who delivered it and when they kept telling me they'd get back to me. As soon as I escalated it to a claim they suddenly had a screen cap of when it was delivered...weeks before...at a time the post office never comes to my house, and when I was teleworking in my living room, where I'd see anybody who approached the door to deliver something. But PP decided they "proved" they delivered it because if the random screen cap of...whatever they wanted it to say. And now the company changed its name, probably because of threads like this. It's listed as Flexable, Inc on my dispute. PP is helping these scammers get away with theft.
