New Help with fraud

I am thinking someone opened a fake PayPal account as me and somehow got my checking routing number. The first to my banking account was one dollar added to account, the next time they took out one dollar from my banking account and the third time was around 418 dollars being taken from my banking account.  I can not find a way to contact PayPal about this problem since my real PayPal account has no activity and I, of course, do not have access to PayPal account  created by the person(s) doing this identity theft .  I need help in getting hold of PayPal to close this account and stop the deduction from my account. I have already contacted the bank. These transactions happened in one day.

If you see unauthorised transaction that do not appear in your PayPal account, I would highly recommend contacting our Customer Service directly. If you want to contact our Customer Service, you can click ‘Help & Contact’ at the bottom of any PayPal page to see which options are available. If you would like to call in, you can find the correct phone number for your country by clicking 'Help & Contact' at the bottom of the PayPal homepage and by clicking 'Contact us' and then 'Call us'.
