Ok. I was recently denied my refund due to the merchant saying that I received their product. There's no way I received the product was unable to track it or anything else. I'm new to PayPal and so far I'm not a big fan. They said my case was reviewed and that the merchant showed adequate evidence of me receiving my product. I would like to see that evidence. I know my UPS driver and he has not delivered a thing here. So where do I go from here
