Finally worked out that I would return my item to China and get a refund including shipping however the post office informed me the address must be in English to pass the customs form required. My deadline to complete the transaction is tomorrow afternoon and I have to work and not much around trying to make contact all day. I don't want to miss the deadline but can't return without an English address.
If the return address is not in the correct language, you can request PayPal to complete a translation for you.
To submit this, simply respond to the dispute with the details of your request. This can be done through the 'Resolution Center'. The relevant team will review your request, and send you an email with the updated address.
