WHEN THE CONSUMER BUYS A PRODUCT, THE SELLER CAN SEND YOU A LESSER VALUED PRODUCT JUST TO PROVE TO PAYPAL THAT THEY SHIPPED A PRODUCT. WHEN YOU DISPUTE THE TRANSACTION 95% OF THE TIME PAYPAL GOES ALONG WITH THE SELLER.. I HAVE CHECKED ON THE COMMUNITY PAGE AND THIS CONCERN GOES BACK TO 2014...THE BUYER DOES NOT HAVE A PROTECTION PLAN. I WAS THINKING ABOUT STARTING A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST PAY PAL FOR UNREASONABLE CONSUMER PROTECTION FROM FRAUDULENT SELLERS. DOES ANYONE FEEL THAT WAY I DO? PLEASE LET ME KNOW.RESPOND ON THE COMMUNITY PAGE.
