My gf did a wrong payment

How can she cancel as customer service is closed by law they have to have someone that deal with it under the fraud act she want to cancel payment

You can only cancel a payment if it is marked as pending with a cancel option.

If it has completed then you need to contact the seller to agree any refund.

If you think its fraud ie your daughters account was hacked and used to make the transaction without her consent then click on the transaction and using the report a problem option, report it as unauthorised if indeed it was.
