My account is being closed - please help!

Hello. This is the first time I'm writing here in hope that someone can help me. I've been having a panick attack all morning after I woke up to two emails basically saying that my paypal is going to get closed. I've started using PP last year for my business, I do work on social media, mainly Instagram growth. I had over 150 clients this year, all of them satisfied and happy, my service has been delivered to all of them and I can prove that, I even have testimonials showing it. I only had 2 complaints in the resolution center since starting the business and both of those cases were resolved in my favor, meaning I never had to refund a client which should give you the idea that I carry out my service properly and people are happy with it. Throughout this year I made about $80,000 in sales and $50,000 was on my paypal today when paypal decided to shut down my account for the sake of them "avoiding potential financial losses". They said they're taking 180 days to review my account and they'll either release some funds or if they "deem their exposure is greater than or equal to my available balance". There has been almost no explanation in regards to why my account is being shut down. All I've been told is that my business is "high risk" because of how and when my service is being delivered. I don't understand how that is an issue, because as I said, I have a very clean record of using PayPal, never had issues, all my clients are happy, I can prove that the service has been carried out and delivered to all of them, I can prove it, I can even provide their contant information so PayPal can ask them if they received the service. I worked so hard for my money so how can PayPal just close my account and even have the option to take all the money I worked for if they "deem" it's appropriate. This is a disgrace. I always conducted my business fairly, I worked night and day to build this business and make money, I made sure all my clients are happy and that everyone has service delivered to them, I have a clean record, I have all the evidence proving my business carries no risk for anyone. If it did I would have a bunch of cases active in the resolution center and everyone would be demanding refunds if the service wasn't good. The same day paypal limited some aspects of my account like sending money I submitted everything they asked for, explained my situation, how my business works and gave the receipts. And day after someone in PayPal just decided that my account should be shut down, gave almost no explanation. All I got is the second email from someone named Sean who works in PayPal and it was mostly just repeating what the first email said about how closing of an account works and what are the further steps. The only reason given for my account being shut down was like I said a concern with how & when is my IG growth service delivered. I can also provide evidence & clients saying that the service has been delivered within only 1-2 weeks as promised. I have proof showing exactly what the service includes as well and how it helped my clients. This is literally how I make my living, how I pay for food & for rent. Is PayPal really the kind of company that just takes $50,000 from someone who is legally doing business, has a clean record, provides a good service and has nothing but happy clients. I just can't believe it. Like I said I've been having panick attacks this entire morning because this is how I support myself. I did nothing wrong and now I'm being told that I can't use the money I've made through my own hard work. I won't be able to support myself. This almost feels criminal. I didn't do anything illegal, but PayPal is deciding to hold my $50,000 which is a lot of money! And then I'm also being told that there's a chance of PayPal taking all of it and not releasing any of my funds if they decide to! I need someone who genuinely cares & understands the situation to help me. Please help me, I'm begging for someone who can give me a hand because I don't know what I did wrong, I run a fair business with a good reputation. I give it my all each day, I work hard to make sure that everything is in order, that everyone is happy and that the service is delivered to everyone which it is. I feel like any second I will go in tears. With this happening I won't even be able to buy a Christmas present for my girlfriend and my family.

I’m the same situation, my account (2011) was closed today and they held $25k on my account. Happy customers and very minimum dispute. Which I resolve immediately and PayPal refuse to help.

Same. They refuse to help even when you have everything you need to prove you're running a proper business and that all your clients are happy and had service delivered. Disappointed beyond measure
