Hello. as you can see in the title my account got hacked and the hacker stole money from my Visa and then CLOSED the account after he took the money. i managed to deactivate the visa before he can take more .he immediately closed the account so i cant refund any money. he took about 400$ is there anyway that i can get my money and account back ? i have the transactions ID's.
