I recently encountered problems with my account as Paypal had discovered I had created my account when I was underage (this was about 5 years ago and I am of age now). I was asked to provide all relevant documentation to prove my identity as a result, but after doing so, my account was terminated regardless. I am now unable to go back into my account to remove my email and delete my bank details in order to start afresh and make a new account. Because I am unable to remove my old details, I am effectively unable to make a new PayPal account. Paypal is very essential for me to conduct my work and I am struggling to see how I can find a resolution to this.
