My Dispute Status is Under Review for 1 week. What can i do?

On December 1, the amount of $ 60 was cut from my bank account (credit card) via PayPal service. I have no idea why Digital River Ireland, Ltd. cut my money..? Maybe I somewhere in the registration of the Avast antivirus indicated my account information Paypal. In any case, I didn't do it consciously. I asked Digital River Ireland cancel this transaction and return the money back to my bank account. But they say that: "Upon checking our system here dispute status is not yet lifted and we advise you to call PayPal regarding this matter.." How do you advise to do in this case?  Thank's in advance!

Check if you had a subscription set up...


Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
