Paypal are asking me to return the item delivered that I didn’t order to an address that doesn’t exist charging me the cost of postage from UK to China. I cannot query this with Paypal directly. What am I supposed to do?
I plan to call the PAYPAL phone number to actually speak to someone. I would also suggest you add tag to your comment so others see if you have any resolution.
Where do I find a phone number? I can only use my phone and I am astounded I cannot put this item into dispute, I also cannot find telephone numbers? Thank you for responding, I hope you get further than I have!
It is really hard to find the phone number. You need to go to HELP, then pick a problem (dispute payment) and keep going until PAYPAL give you directions on how to put in a dispute. At the bottom there is an icon for phone. Click on that and they give you one time passcode. Chances are you may not be able to find it so I included a phone number here and maybe they will talk to you anyway.
