More than 180 days , i have been trying to contact to support since one month i didnt recieve answer

Hello, there are more than 30 days after 180 days and I still cannot withdraw my money, I have already sent all documents, validated, bank account and everything.

They do not answer by mail, there are more than 10 emails that I send. Call center is inactive by Covid.

Do you know any other means than facebook or twitter?

They do not answer we are in crisis and there is despair
