Hello. I'm trying to open a dispute since weeks ago, but there's no response. I had made a transaction on 04 October 2020, £311.18 to buy furniture, but finally the seller is a scammer. They've got this money for a delivery that will never do. I tried to open a dispute, but the transaction is not listed on the Paypal transactions list, although it is confirmed on my bank statement. I have sent many messages through the Paypal message centre, but nobody has responded. Is there any other way to open a dispute or to speak with someone over the phone? Thanks.
