I issued a refund after a customer requested it, they opened a resolution with paypal and i clicked ‘issue refund’ and now the money has disappeared from my funds, it didn’t give me the option to choose how much to refund it just dissapeared from my holdings. I have no notifications saying that i issued a refund and the customer has not received anything. Any ideas on what happened?
