Money Dispute

Paid for an item never received it opened a case and now eBay are saying i never paid for it but it shows up it was paid on my bank statement

Maybe the seller had trouble claiming the money. If you want to give up with disputing on eBay, then open an Item Not Received dispute in your PayPal account for the transaction if the transaction is showing in your PayPal account.
