basically, i bought an item through depop (uses paypal) and the seller said the payment was stuck on pending so they refunded me (the money left my bank account) , that refund was stuck on pending for ages but it now says the refund was cancelled and when i tried to open a dispute, it said pay pal couldn’t help because i recieved the money, even though i never did!
