Misdirected payment, is this fraud?

Hi,

Last night I ordered a pair of sneakers from Brookks.com, a well known running shoe company.  When I went to checkout, I used PayPal, as usual.  On my PayPal receipt, instead of Brookks.com, the payment went to Shelley Burnett, LLC.  When bvb I clicked to return to vendor, the receipt took me to lsvedongbei.top, a site for celebrity gowns.  Not Brookks.com.  Shelley Burnette is a realtor.  My shopping cart at Brooks still has my shoes in it.  What is this?  Where is this fraud coming from?  I think my PayPal account has been highuacked

No shoes ever came for me. Paypal refunded my money. I filed a claim of no goods received.

I was recently **bleep** out of $62 for falling for a fake website. The pay pal was Thelma Jenkins Inc. I emailed the given email with no response. I tried to dispute it thru PayPal but nothing. Has anyone gotten money back from PayPal?
