Message from Seller not showing up

I have two claims going on right now with the same company. I've started the claim a week or two ago and PayPal keeps redirecting me to check out the claims. They're both now filed under Messages from Seller however the seller has not responded to my claim. I've made a second comment in there, in case this would escalate, notifying PayPal that I'm not able to see the message from the seller to me.

 

Is there something wrong here? Is the filing wrong? Is there some kind of bug?

If there's an customer service representative I'd be more than willing to share the Claim details and ID's.
