So am having a problem paypal what a Receipt of some sneakers I sold but I won them on a raffle the guy I sold them to after getting the shoes he said he wanted his money back but ebay send me a message saying not to worry about it because the sneakers pass the test so not to worry about sending the money back how can I fix this problem
