I have returned my Mango order on 11th of May via AnPost and I am still waiting for refund, it's over a month now.
I tried to reach them out on 28th of May and then 15th of June. I only received an answer from one of the assistant on 16th of June saying my parcel hasn't reached the warehouse. However I have tracking number from AnPost, and it says the parcel has been delivered.
I opened a claim in Paypal but it was denied for some reason. It said my initial amount and claimed amount doesn't match. Well, of course, I only returned some of the items, and kept the other. I am not requesting a full refund, only for what I have returned. I provided to Paypal all of my screenshots and receipts, however that didn't help. I am trying to understand here why my claim was refused, when I had all of the proof?
