I bought something from the internet and they sent me a link by email to make the payment with Paypal.
I clicked on the link and Paypal site opened with a name. I thought that this is the person I should pay.
I've sent this person 560 Euros. Next morning I received an email that I haven't done the payment yet, so I send them a copy of the transaction and they answered that this payment has nothing to do with them.
I tried 3-4 times to email that person to ask him to refund the amount but he is not answering.
Can Paypal give me his country, telephone number or any detail about him so that I contact him?
