I had an alert that a card was changed on my account. I quickly logged in to find a $1,000 transaction had come from my checking account into my PayPal account, and then instantly withdrawn to a Visa card ending in a number that isn't mine. Literally no one at PayPal gives a crap and I don't know where to go from here. My bank is sort of in a "sucks to be you" mode, and this is insane. Someone literally logged into my account with my username and password, no checks/balances were performed, changed my primary contact number, moved money, and PayPal didn't even question it. I can't even log into my Gmail account from another computer without secondary security wanting all kinds of info.
CAN ANYONE OFFER ANY SUGGESTIONS FOR ME TO GET THIS RESOLVED?
