Although I have been a PP member now for some time, I've had very little need to contact PP in regards to a problem. I have a dispute on file and it is currently being investigated.
My question is this. I try to read messages I have from PP, but more times than not, it (messaging center) is down for whatever reason. I keep trying to read my messages over the span of a week or so, and have very little luck doing so.
Is this common with PP? The dispute I currently have filed is my 1st. I must say, that I am very disappointed with how PP is going about it.
I'm also very displeased with PP's site and it's overall functioning.
