I had to open a dispute against a seller, I was then asked to provide additional information, each time I tried to click on the link I was unable to provide the information, time was running out so I emailed, text and called PayPal, no one ever responded and suddenly my dispute was closed I was not refunded as I did not supply the information PayPal requested through no fault of my own. Each time I called I always heard our office is now closed. I called various times but no one answered. I don't know how else I can contact them.
