This company is selling counterfeit merchandise, I've filed two disputes with PayPal, there answer is for me to return the merchandise for credit yet cannot or will not provide me a return to address, the cost just to ship to the province listed is $20 more than the useless product cost. I've contacted the US based company that actually owns the product being sold and they can provide no detail either. Trying to contact a live person with PayPal to discuss is IMPOSSIBLE.
Who regulates PayPal? How can they continue to defend there platform knowing products are counterfeit?
