I regret I didn't come to this community before entering into a transaction on 17 April, 2020 with Lingc.Youp Ludozo.com. But I trusted PAYPAL, and allowed my debit card for the amount of $19.98 or £16.61 that was debited. Since then, no correspondence and no contact with the suppliers. I tried searching for their telephone or email address to no avail. From the PayPal community board I could see that Lingc.Youp Ludozo.com are professional scammers. Could you please assist in retrieving my hard-earned funds?

I also fell victim to this scam artist. Any way to get a refund/stop payment. It was processed May 11, 2020

I too should have realised if something is too good to be true, then it probably is. I ordered a portable workbench but what I received was a cheap, plastic tablet stand, for an iPad/Kindle and definitely NOT a workbench that was advertised. Never received any contact from the company once ordered and now cannot even find the original advertisement let alone any contact details for these scammers.

Exactly the same - Portable Workbench ordered - Bexin Tablet stand delivered.  Advert was on Facebook, so they are involved, and I am in the process of asking Paypal to resolve this on my behalf.  Don't understand why these allegedley trustworthy companies (Facebook & Paypal) are still doing business with them.  I will await the outcome of my complaint with interest and will not give up or accept a reduced refund.

Payed May 5th 2020, thought that PayPal was a sort of warranty, doing business with only reputable vendors. I'm patient so I did not follow up on this purchase before today. I'm within the 180 days to request PayPal's assistance for reimbursment. Isn't PayPal supposed to refund me in this case ?

I have had same trouble as you all. Ordered a lounger that was to good to be true. Yes it was. I opened a dispute so They sent me a bit of foam so they had proof my item had been delivered. Rang PayPal today and restarted the claim and have asked PayPal why these ppl still have an account when they are obviously a fraudulent company.

You're right, by sending some lightweight tat they're protecting themselves against an Item Not Received claim.
Significantly not as described should get us a full refund, including the excessive P&P, but only if Paypal look at the case properly instead of seeing we received something and have been offered a partial refund - They start at 20% and climb upwards. They've offered 90% after a lot more to-and-fro-ing, but they'll only apply this to the cost of the item, not the P&P, so we'd still be significantly out of pocket.  They bountifully state we can keep the item, and threaten it will cost more than $20 to return, (It won't, check Royal Mail Pricing for such a light item, even to China.)  They're obviously wanting the case closed as they've offered a partial refund. Frankly, I don't trust them to  honour this, so claiming via Paypal Buyer Protection.
My piece of foam is labelled on the packaging is a 0.12kg picnic mat costing $6.45.
By their own admission / labelling, not what I ordered.
We have been emailing back and forth with them maintaining it's a high quality item, perhaps I want to gift it to a friend.  Me pointing out this is the type of thing we'd buy from Poundland with no postage to pay and I'd be embarrassed to give it as a gift.

Paypal should honour our claims, particularly if accompanied by photos as this one is, then block this seller so more aren't cheated.
My case is due to close on 27th - watch this space...

So Paypal found in my favour and refunded me exactly what I paid,
Also, in my inbox, an email from Linda Lin, (These have been pretty much daily since I raised a dispute with them!) saying we will get a refund. Nah, you didn't suddenly have a surge of conscience, Paypal made that decision.  I shall miss my regular replies to Linda's ridiculous emails! Just kidding 🤣 😂 🤣
So persistence pays people, keep bombarding Paypal with claims and not only could you get your refund, they may finally decide to cease trading with those who cheat - until they re-open under  a different name.  However, I think those who have posted here will be more aware of such fraudulent companies.
