This company is horrible at that. If you or your man can dispute the money sent through your bank or any other card possible; I would file a dispute that way. Even if you or he had to use debit with a PIN, dispute it with your bank and I promise you will win. They will refund it. I do it often. PayPal is just my escape goat. lol
