I set up my PayPal for my games I play that give PayPal cash rewards today was the first day I had winnings going in an it gave me a countdown till I would have it in my account then about 30 minutes before my time was finished I got a message from PayPal about how now my account is on limited access I sent them stuff they requested but can't get an answer as to why cause now on top of can't touch my money my phone got shut off cause I can't use my account can anybody explain to me why they do this
