Please someone explain how on earth this shower can apply preventions to your / my own money without any prior notice, even once they deny you your own money why cannot they ask security questions asap to remove these disgusting limitations so you / i can use our own money for day to day life!!?
I had an available balance on account, anscwent to pay cell phone bill and card declined from "lack of funds".. Checked paypal and said I had plenty of AVAILABLE cash to use. So I went to ATM , declined. I called and got hung up on. So I messaged them. 3x and was told 3 different lies. All different. They aren't even consistent with the lies. Mat as well tell me the dog ate my money. Or "no speaks-d's-english
