There is no communication with paypal they have sucked for the last time, please help me run this company down into the ground. They do not care about their customers, I bought an item from a company but when the items were shipped they said they were out of one of my items so they told me to ask for a refund through paypal where I paid through anyway, but they did not give me the full price refund for what they charged me and paypal don't care because they are automated. The amount difference was only a few dollars but I think paypal and this company are linked together so on every purchase they make a few dollars, pretty good scam! Bottom line the difference was in the shipping they said but it was never shipped to me **bleep**! I could run my fist through a human skull right now!

It is time to leave ebay and paypal after 19 years with ebay because of all the changes in favor of the buyer. I have been scammed by buyers 4 times and one was a switch they pulled for $1700. I have moved to Craigs list, yard sales, flea markets and Amazon. I now have less headaches. I sold my boat on Craigs list and saved all the fees from Paypal and ebay and it sold within 24 hours. The most important part was I do not have to worry about them using my boat for 180 days June thru Sept. and then filing a false claim and returning the boat. I also would not be able to get refunded the $80. insertion fee because of the 180 day policy if they pulled a scam.

Paypal is a perfect representative of insatiable US corporate greed. Treating customers as commodities, keep increasing fees for no better service, every now and then new sneaky ways to queeze a little bit more money out of customers - especially foreign customers, with extra withdrawal fees and obligatory currency conversion at very bad rates (at expense of customer, of course). For a while, I was losing 10% on my income on unrealistic conversion rates, until I phoned them and demanded it be solved. Then I noticed that there was still obligatory conversion into US dollars for payment in other currencies, and there is no way to opt out and no way even to contact them anymore. Now I'm focusing my business on their competitors.

Paypal holds my money with a total amount of $26, which they have previously charged for a fee with almost $2. I don't do fraud transaction, and I have been a loyal PayPal customer for at least 5 years, and have been verified for at least 2 or 3 years, and have been using it to do transactions without any problem.
This transaction is very important to me. As a result, I have to find another way to pay my account bills. The only answer I get when I contacted their CS was :
"I understood that you have graduated as our establish seller. So, not all of the transactions that you receive in the future will be on hold. However as long as our system detected higher risk on your transaction then for that particular transaction will be still on hold.
For your kind information if you received payment from buyer using guest account the only way for you to get the money is wait for 21 days the system will release this payment automatically."
For the record. Not all my buyer / business associates are using PayPal. So, I don't blame them for using a guest account for the transaction.
Now they gave me no choice but to leave them. Thank you so much PayPal for letting me down.

I will be joining you the moment this last pending transaction I have has completed.
I am so sick and tired of talking to nothing but bots who do nothing but pass judgement in favor of, well basically, a hacker. My PayPal was hacked, PayPal acknowledged it, refunded a few small purchases, but when it came to refunding the large one, they balked like some scam outfit themselves.
I have already reported PayPal to the Better Business Bureau in San Jose, have spread the bad news about PayPal all over every social media- which incidentally resulted in at least 50 people closing their accounts that I know of- and I have the police involved investigating PayPal.
As far I am concerned, PayPal caused me to be ripped off over $1000 and I will that ever let that rest until I get justice.
Period.

I'm done with these clowns too. They are withholding a $400 payment to me for some unjustified reason. I am done with eBay and done with Paypal.

The service is atrocious, unprofessional, and impersonal in the worst kind of way. I used to love this service and have no problems with it, but it has become so overly complicated and inconvenient that I'm abandoning the platform after nearly 8 years. I'll be taking my business to Radius.
