I ordered playstation 4 from psgameset.com on June 22.....I did not realize this was a scam website...The website has no login requirement and no way to track orders....I opened a dispute with PayPal on June 24th requesting them to cancel the order/transaction....They closed / denied my dispute claim on Aug 12th
This has not been resolved....I have not received playstation game from this seller...This is a scam website - You can check it here : https://reportscam.com/psgamesetcom_1...The USPS tracking info was sent to PayPal...why was the tracking info not sent to me.....Also your resolution/ dispute process is very confusing ...Once you open the dispute the time lines are not clear and no updates or changes can be asked by leaving additional messages....No way to followup on the the case...and not you suddenly close the case and the dispute cannot be opened again on the same purchase...This is very frustrating.......I lost all my money ......
