Again PayPal won't follow through. I sent a report against KHG technology and they started a case but dropped it without any further notification to me. Now I am trying to return a mirror that was not what I ordered. Again Paypal won't let me go any further than making a report. the screen just has a revolving dot can't go any further. I believe this is a recurring problem with the companies and PayPal I noticed this one when brought up listed more than a dozen companies as part of them. I have done every thing paypal listed but to no good.

Hi,
very interesting that here are some people who also received a cheap tent for kids instead the offered tent with hydroulic system.
So it confirms me that LIN <removed> is a scammer as suspected.
I will follow up this to get my money back, and also see PAYPAL in responsibility to do more !
best R, Oliver

Well I am totally **bleep** off with Paypal. After 6 weeks waiting I get an email saying that the tracking information was invalid and my case is closed and no refund. If they log into the website it clearly shows that the recipient is unknown. I even spoke with a supervisor over 1 week ago who assured me it was being dealt with. This LIN <removed> is still using Paypal to scam people. 😞
I am calling them today to ask to speak to a supervisor again. I am asking for my money back or I will post all of the information on social media about the **bleep** service from Paypal. Had enough of this BS and after this I will withdraw any funds and close my account. I don't want to support someone who doesn't give a **bleep** about their customers.

Hi all
I had the same issue. Ordered a 3-4 person hydraulic tent, received a third of a kid-sized tent (just one inner layer that was way to small for a single adult person).
I then created a claim, which got approved, but the seller asked for a return of the product, which was forwarded to me by paypal.
I did some research and found a bunch of pages that listed this seller as a scammer, with varying products that were being sold, but always the same scheme: Pay for something, receive something different or broken. The curious thing was the return address, which also varied from case to case.
As there was no way to find anything called a "Hao'er Jiarentai Industrial park" in Schenzhen, I contacted the PayPal customer service to confirm that the address was correct, as that as well seemed bogus.
I got forwarded just one time and a very nice person quickly looked into this and immediately closed the claim in my favor, without me having to return the item.
This was absolutely awesome customer service. Kudos PayPal.
I can only recommend to stay friendly because the customer service is not at fault in these situations. We are rightfully angry, but this anger should not be taken out on the people providing a platform to transfer money from a to b.
They are hard working people just like you and me and should not be treated like the enemy; this will make things only harder for you which will result in more anger. With millions of companies offering products on the internet there will always be those that try to take advantage. It is impossible to keep an eye on every single company - and if one company gets blocked from PayPal they will just re-register with another email (<removed>) and a slightly different address.
