I researched this before buying. I even read on the paypal site that when you order something and you receive something that does not match your order that many times you do not have to return the item, as I knew sending something back internationally expensive. No one had received the item at the time I ordered. Kors V3 Classic Smartwatch, but many said they wanted to order it.  When it came in it was a cheap plastic watch that did not stay charged for a full 8 hours. I filed a dispute with Paypal and am told I have to return the item, but from reading others reviews on this site it is a fake address. My case says I have to mail it back and upload the receipt by 8pm tonight. How do I contact someone on the phone to dispute this? I don't want to be out more money then what I have already been scammed out of. To send the item back with tracking starts out at $63.95. I'm already out $49.99. Below is a picture of the cost to send it back to China along with a screen shot of what i ordered and the item that was delivered.

Paypal buyer protection can never be a 100% coverall, so in the event of a dispute you need to bear in mind possible return trackable costs before you buy from that seller / item / country.

PayPal is not obliged to reimburse you for any costs that you incur to comply with any of PayPal’s requests for cooperation for the purpose of resolving the problem (including, without limitation, costs that you incur to return a SNAD item to the Payment Recipient or another party as PayPal requests), although sometimes it may reimburse these costs.

Although they will compensate you for some of the cost if you have activated this at some point before you made that transaction .....

You also have the option to do a chargeback via your card issuer instead of a Paypal dispute if you funded your Paypal payment via a credit card.

However if you have proof the return address is false then contact customer services asap.
Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
