I need help. I made a purchase in September. It was a custom order and expected to take some time. The company kept telling me it's coming, just delayed. But now Im outside of paypal's guarantee and the company won't respond to messages. Is there any way to get my money back or am I just sol?
You have up to 180 days to open a paypal dispute for non receipt of item BUT you may not be covered for a custom item, worth filing a dispute though in case.
