I sent a parcel to a lady who only wanted to pay large letter postage. She paids goods. I sent the parcel to the address given by Paypal. I then sent proof of postage to the lady which had the house number and postcode of the address given by Paypal the same day. The lady thanked me for sending the proof of postage. She has messaged me a week later to say she hasn't received the parcel and just realised its been sent to her old address. She is wanting me to send her a refund. I've said i have gone by what Paypal have provided. Can anyone help before im out of pocket.

You would have paypal seller protection IF you sent the item trackable to the buyers paypal registered address at the time of payment and tracking showed the item as delivered to that address.
