bought some inks from a "TOP RATED SELLER". Ebay tracking shows that the item was delivered however when I tracked the package on FEDEX website it shows that the package was delivered but then the seller requested the item be returned to him. The seller never contacted me to let me know the item was returned to him nor did he issue me any refund. Its past the 30 days money back guarantee and the seller isnt responding to any of my messages. the fedex tracking number is 9632001960883946677300432294607669. I paid for the item with my credit card directly on ebay without using Paypal. However, the transaction was processed by Paypal. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
