Item refund

I’ve made a dispute and escalated it around a month ago. I brought a bunch of Star Wars collectables and then caught her selling them after I’d paid and she apparently posted them, haven’t received them yet and no tracking updates - also provided screenshots to PayPal and the resolution for full refund date keeps being pushed back - what would be the best thing to do to get it sorted so i don’t lose everything? Thank you!

Paypal it appears are inundated with claims mainly from buyers that bought tat from these China websites or Social Media ads !
So all claims are being pushed back unfortunately.

As long as yours has been escalated from a dispute to a claim, and is still being reviewed then you have the chance of a refund.
Sadly you will have to wait it out in the long queue though.
