Item not as described.

Hi, i bought a item off the facebook marketplace and i just received it and its a fake iphone 7 plus, i paid for a iphone 7 plus but it seems like its a iphone 6 plus in a 7 body, i have told paypal about this issue and they have sent me a email asking for a copy of a experts or unbiased third party's description as to how the item is not described, i sent them a detailed response and i have got a email asking the same question. what should i do?i really cant afford to lose this case. thanks

Paypal is 'country specific' so advice often depends on what country you are in. As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
