I ordered DeWalt tools from what I thought was a DeWalt website at a reduced price do to the tools being refurbished. After about 3 weeks I received a small envelope with Smiley Face stickers in it and thought nothing about it at the time. After 2 months (gave extra time due to Covid19) i had still not received my Tools so I contacted paypay to find out whats up. PayPal did their thing and found in favor of the seller because they had a USPS tracking number that stated that the package had been shipped and received. Case closed. Remember the Smiley Face Stickers? I kept the envelope with the stickers in it and after looking closer at said envelope, the tracking number was the same as the one PayPal used to track shipment. Since this all started I have been researching the company and fraud sites and I am NOT the only person that has been dooped by this web site that has changed their email address and web address at least three times that I have found. Bottom line i guess is, how do i get my money back? I have been looking into ways of reporting these people up to and including a FBI fraud website so that nobody else gets taken. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
