It's been 180 Days after my limitation and haven't received an email or anything

I got a permanent account limitation and they said after 180 days they'd send me an Email about withdrawing my money, well I believe it's been well over 180 Days and I've received no contact with them whatsoever, and NO EMAIL, I've given them the benefit of the doubt and waited a bit longer, and still no email whatsoever, they have basically just stolen my money, I have tried sending them a message, but all that responds is a stupid auto message, I keep on trying and replying but the same message always pops up, I hope someone from PayPal can help me,

I have the same issue and I'm on day 192 now. I had a permanent account suspension as well.

When I try withdrawing funds, it says "There’s an issue with your account"

I tried calling them, using the support chat, and sending an email. Still no reply.
