I ordered from this company and didn’t receive my purchase, nor was there a way to contact the seller so I reported it to PayPal and with this COVID-19 going on couldn’t get a paypal representative to answer. I then did a claim on PayPal and it kept saying waiting on seller and I couldn’t keep reporting the claim. Then I get an email saying the case was closed and nothing done about it and then was told through PayPal that because I didn’t escalate the problem they did nothing although I have been trying for months now trying to get this resolved and nothing.. very disappointed on how PayPal handle this situation..

I just ordered an item that cost me $101.42 on February the 4th, 1 month later I did not receive any details on my order. I opened a claim in the resolution centre. The scammer then find a way to sent me halloween items just so they could send paypal shipping details, the funny thing is that they did it express shipping too after the day I opened the claim, so they would not be delayed in responding to paypal. I changed the claim to receiving different items than what I ordered. The hoodies were very cheap looking and who would use hoodies with halloween written on it when it’s not halloween? After that I ended up paying for the return shipping which is really expensive because the items are pretty heavy. Now I’m stuck waiting for my refund and I wonder if the scammer is trying to find another way to get away with scamming people. Paypal didn’t help at all. Ugh wasted money and effort sending back a return when clearly I was scammed.
