I ordered from this company and didn’t receive my purchase, nor was there a way to contact the seller so I reported it to PayPal and with this COVID-19 going on couldn’t get a paypal representative to answer. I then did a claim on PayPal and it kept saying waiting on seller and I couldn’t keep reporting the claim. Then I get an email saying the case was closed and nothing done about it and then was told through PayPal that because I didn’t escalate the problem they did nothing although I have been trying for months now trying to get this resolved and nothing.. very disappointed on how PayPal handle this situation..

scam site they send us a worn item that wasnt ever what we order  and come no wear near  cost of 42 usd i payed and paypal said they would go 14 payment what a joke  they know this site a scam but keep doing deals with them

Exactly right PayPal and Facebook are guilty of allowing corrupt companies to make transactions through PayPal and advertise there product on Facebook as an ad disgraceful

I bought 2 Expandandable faux privacy fence from shenzhen Lijuan trading Co. about two months ago, I thought “PAY PAL” would respond for ant kind of fraud, but reading other people’s similar issues, PAY PAL is a part of the same fraud.

It seems way too many people have a problem with this company. Why does paypal do business with them.

I have been a member of paypal from the very beginning. Loyalty means nothing anymore to people. I have made a vow never to purchase anything from china again. It is not as easy as you think. They have american addresses they use to fool you so you have to ask or research yourself. 

Paypal seems to deal with China in almost every product. It appears i may be using another payment method soon.

I am another customer who has been **bleep** by Shenzhen and not supported by Pay Pal.  They went through the whole process only to tell me (certainly by now knowing this company is a fraud) only to tell me the only way for the refund is to send the mess that arrived (not what I ordered and not anything to keep) back to Shenzhen in China and then I would get a refund.  At this point, I cannot be bothered to spend money which will likely result in no refund regardless.  NO TRUST for Pay Pal or for items sold on Face Book.  Certainly Face Book must by now know of this scam company and you would think the ads would be removed.  Once you see the first ad you can pick out the others by this company.  One of the things listed is MADE IN USA.  Enough but a shame we are all stuck in the same boat.

100% agree I’m in exactly the same predicament I’m out $600us $890aus and I’m expected to return this crap is it at there expense or am I expected to pay for it, couldn’t agree more with you about PayPal are allowing fraud while Facebook are allowing a fake company breach copyright laws, plagiarism the works this makes PayPal and Facebook so bloody corrupt
