A tool box by definition is large and bulky, that means expensive to ship. The scam risk is very high.

No. They just tried getting me for a pool. Literally on paypal call now. They went as far as to send a fraud tracking number, but it just says it shipped to my state without adress , an it was given to a "man customer man" complete frauds
