Is marveljoy.com a scam site and why is it still operating/payment by paypal?

I bought a Super cute owl smart camera from Marveljoy website (tricked by a facebook ads)

And Fingertip Interactive Tech Co.Ltd is the Merchant Name in paypal receipt.
 

When it arrived, it is another cheaper camera, the company even remove the actual product pix.

Now I file dispute and need to return my product. After reading those these articles in this site, I think my delivery will bounced back to me. 

Searching for the seller email address lead me to find other bad things this user/company is doing, why is the domain name not stop by paypal?

It really pain me to see them operating. I am reporting whatever scam product they fake selling to their owner. Reported to shopify. Report to Facebook ads. Whatever abuse at domain found in Whois server. Even SSL cert issuer are involved and they only block site based on Google anti phishing api.

During my investigation of Marvel Joy. I found that marveljoy.com is equal to marveljoy.myshopify.com (hosted in shopify).

I have make report to shopify, shopify support said that if you are using credit card for your purchase, customer protection include creditcard chargeback.

If enough victims make this report to shopify, I think we can really disrupt marveljoy scam operation.

Why are these companies like Shopify and Paypal not taking action/slow action?  They are helping scammer get away.

Is there any chance if I paid with the credit card directly? I made a order in 25.07 and I did't even received the products.

Marveljoy.com is marveljoy.myshopify.com, u can contact shopify support to get ur credit card money back.

I bought a underwater scooter and received just a small turbine with loose cable... size about 10cm.. Now this underwater scooter cannot be found on the homepage anymore ... I replied to <removed> ... got no answer until now... Seems to be quite illegal!

I also got the owl camera scam. At this point it's not even news that Marveljoy are crooks.

I was also scammed by marveljoy (owl camera scam) and I currently have a dispute/claim opened at paypal.

I'm very disappointed to see that paypal is still accepting payments for this site after previous complaints by other users.

I never purchase something form an unknown site if they don't accept paypal, because paypal is a symbol of trust for me, or at least it used to be.

Same for me, I got scammed with tho owl camera by Marveljoy.com too. I opend a case, Marceljoy asked me to send the camera back what I did. The camera is since one month in China and they did not collect it. And of course no refund. I called paypal today, they are checking now if a refund is possible.
