I saw an add for a motorize scoot that an absolutely ridiculously low price. They has a pay by Paypal option. I am not afraid of losing the purchase price and shipping. What I am concerned with is if I pay by Paypal, will there be any way that they could then go ahead and rip me off for much more expensive charges using that account account or any information they can gather from that account along with the shipping information? In other words, I am afraid of some kind of identity theft.
