I made a small sale on ebay. Needed to purchase the postage and ship. Ebay wasn't letting me pay by credit card even though I had one on file. Every time I tried to pay, it sent me to paypal. PayPal said my account was "limited" and asked for 4 different documents to show that this was my account. I sent 3, but the fourth was "proof of shipping" on the sale I had just made that I could not ship because I couldn't pay with paypal. So, after spending a lot of time talking on the phone to ebay, (they couldn't fix it), I opened a second PayPal account just for the purpose of paying for postage so that I could ship the item and send the documentation to my original Pay pal account and get the limitations removed.
So, today (5 days later) I get an email from Pay Pal reminding me that I have an account with them. What? I did not click through on any of the emails. I logged in separately just in case they were spoofs, but they were for real. So, my funds for the sale were showing as "available". I tried to transfer them to my bank account that they never have problems with when they are getting money OUT, but I couldn't get it to transfer. I would click on "from Pay Pal and the amount" and click on "to XBank and my account number". Every time I tried it would pop up with a zero and say I couldn't transfer. WTF? I am really getting tired of this and of their non-response. Have not heard back from them at all about any of this.
Is anyone else having problems or is it just me?
