Hi I have account limitation over 2 months and still don't have access do any transaction. Send email 3 time prove probe documents...what is next step to do

Phones are not operational due to covid.
So customer services are struggling to keep the service going with reduced staffing levels and mostly working from home.
Everyone is having to mostly message but as a lot are impatient they are sending lots of messages so that paypal has to deal with triple the amount of messages and so that delays everyone.
I am sure they will get around to your turn in the queue eventually but you may have to wait a few weeks as payments / refunds / withdrawals / disputes etc etc are having to be sorted as well.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
