ImportVT sent an incorrect lower value item.

There is already a message about Xiangtan Hongchang Trading Co., Ltd. with the name Ario Trae and arioonlineserviceteam associated with it with multiple "Me Too" responses, but I wanted to communicate specifically with folks who placed orders through the e-commerce website Importvt and see how many folks have had problems with orders from that specific website.

What did you order, and what did you receive? 
Have you filed a claim through Paypal? Have you filed a claim through your Credit Card?

Have any of you returned the incorrect item?  If so, how much was the shipping cost to China?

These answers will help me decide if I want to try to negotiate a refund with the seller, escalate the claim through Paypal, or file a claim through my Credit Card.  Thank you to any community members who respond.

I got scammed from website called gauze.club which is no longer up. I filed complaint with ic3.gov on them, but they prob shut down on their own.

These companies are popping up everywhere, selling all kinds of stuff from ice makers, to outdoor gear to electronics.  So far we know that the sender is 

Jason <removed> <removed> <removed>.  One site they have I searched the domain ownership and it came up with the IP Address which is associated to over 20 others so WOW.  So far I have found these active ones, still taking people's money

Yes, as soon as the claim is made to paypal, the send out junk with the same tracking I'd so when you get delivered the junk you get told to send the junk back and only then will I get a refund. I am so mad to have fallen for it!!

We all fall to the same **bleep** thing.

The sending back prolongs the time to sort it out, also because it takes 2 months first to get the delivery to you.

I first ordered in june 2020 and got cheap sallad spoon/taker instead of two microphones and table stands & accassories.

After first dissapointment, I got somewhat my money back, but as I needed the items, they offered to give discount if I order again. So I ordered, 15.10.2020 and got the packet in 16.12.2020 BUT WHAT WAS IN? A CHEAP FASHION WATCH, not the microphones and stands I ordered.... SCAMMER, ArioTrae and ImportVT.site both. damned!

I was in contact with them with email and they offer 40% discount or I have to send the item back, well, it costs 40€ from my country to send the smallest package to china.... guess what I do. I contact my VISA-card company and apply the money back from there.

I WONDER WHY PAY PAL DOES NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS. (I did inform them about this.!)

I escalated the case to PayPal, but whoever sitting there are either too lazy or too idiot. Denied my case as I refused to pay shipping back the item to the seller. It was all the sellers' fault and I have to send the product back to China with my own cost to get a refund! and guess what? I lost time and money! **bleep** system!

TO ME IT happened two times. Somehow they convinced me and refunded 70% as the Paypal refunded some, but I had to make a new order and had to pay again. A bit less than the first time, as I had got a wrong item (sallad taker) instead of microphones 😄 , the sending back would have costed 40€.

Well today I went to the mail office to get the proper items as I had got info that it has arrived to pci up.

Guess what: There was a TINY packet where stood "Content: faschion watch" !!

It was far too small than what to expect (2 microphones with stands and acessory), so I letf it there - refused to sign and tried to take a photo, but they did not let me take a photo.

Contact your Credit card company and PayPal and insist to have you money back.

It seems to be a scammer.
