I ordered this item from a site on FB & the Seller claims he posted my item(electric scooter) and I’ve not received it, I’ve raised a dispute and since discovered an item 6” x 8” with the tracking number of my original item on it to give illusion it’s been delivered? What can I do ?
I had the same thing happen. I went to the post office and got a detailed tracking report which showed that the addresses didn't match but it was basically a scam. I won my dispute.
