I bought an item from Depop and it’s been over 3 weeks now and I haven’t received it and the user I bought the item from got banned. I paid using a guest checkout but I still have the transaction ID and receipt. What do I have to do to open a dispute because every time I try it tells me to login with my account which wasn’t the one I paid with.
If you need to open a dispute for a 'guest buyer' transaction then you can....... 1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will open one for you OR 2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.
